You can request that we delete your BingeBucks account and personal data linked to it. After we verify your request, we remove or anonymize account information unless we must retain limited records for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons (for example, completed cashout history).
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (email / Google sign-in link)
- Quest progress and in-app balances tied to your account
- Device records associated with your account, where feasible
What may be retained
- Records we must keep for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or anti-fraud
- Aggregated analytics that no longer identify you
How to request deletion
Submit the form below, or email privacy@bingebucks.app with the subject line Account deletion request. Use the same email address you used to sign in with Google.
We typically process verified requests within 30 days.
