These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BingeBucks mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using BingeBucks, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and can form a binding agreement.
2. The Service
BingeBucks lets eligible users watch short-form drama content, play games, complete quests, earn virtual coins, and request redemptions for supported rewards such as digital gift cards, subject to these Terms and any in-app rules.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Virtual coins and rewards
- Coins are a limited license to participate in the Service’s rewards program. They have no cash value except when redeemed under our rules.
- Redemptions are subject to minimum thresholds, available providers, inventory, and manual review.
- We may change earn rates, quests, caps, or cashout options at any time to protect the program’s integrity.
- Pending or approved redemptions may place holds on coin balances until fulfillment completes.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to earn coins only through permitted in-app activities. You must not:
- Use bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized clients
- Engage in emulator farming, device farms, or fake engagement
- Manipulate ads, watch progress, game milestones, or quests
- Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards
- Interfere with Service security or other users
- Violate applicable law
Fraud or abuse may result in suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances without compensation.
6. Content
Video, game, and other content available in the Service may be provided by BingeBucks or partners. All rights in that content remain with their respective owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access content through the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Advertising
The Service may include rewarded or other advertisements. Completing an ad may be required to claim certain rewards. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific earn amounts, or that any redemption request will be approved.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BINGEBUCKS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF COINS, PROFITS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your license to use coins and the Service ends.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
